FUNDRAISING EVENT - Death By Chocolate
On Friday, November 4, 2011, Assistance League® Inland North County, will hold a Death by Chocolate fundraiser at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. "Death by Chocolate - what a way to go!" This will be an evening to remember and an event not to be missed! After pastas and salads, indulge yourselves once again in scrumptious desserts crafted by the top pastry chefs and chocolatiers in the area. Watch as a panel of seven judges decides which entries are the best. You are the judge in the Ticket Holder’s Favorite category. Take a chance on winning wonderful prizes, including overnight stays at some of the finest resorts. Also, enjoy live jazz music by Jack Stiteler Jazztet’s all night long.

Pro-Am Invitational Charity Golf Tournament
In March of 2008 a Pro-Am Invitational Charity Golf Tournament was sponsored at the Country Club of Rancho Bernardo. We had 124 amateurs and 31 Professionals play and over 200 meals served at the awards banquet. It was our goal to create a tournament with which both participants and sponsors would be pleased to be associated and we are glad to say we accomplished this goal quite successfully.

Spring Luncheon
Spring Luncheons were held annually for nearly 25 years, drawing anywhere from 250-500 people. The goal of this annual event was to help raise public awareness and funds for the chapter's service programs. Past speakers have included former First Lady Barbara Bush, broadcast journalist Deborah Norville, astronaut Sally Ride, singer/actress Debbie Reynolds, as well as actress/comedianne Vicki Lawrence.
